Wellness superfood company blume wanted a way to introduce the brand to the media and showcase its product lineup. Easy Consulting Studio partnered with blume on a media relations and awareness strategy timed with the launch of their new product, Reishi Hot Cacao, a vegan and caffeine-free mushroom hot cocoa blend. Leveraging the holiday season and gift guides, we positioned blume as one of the top organic plant-based blends in North America.
We secured over 13 million impressions with more than 30 print, online, broadcast and social placements for Blume, including features in BCBusiness, Best Health, Canadian Living, Daily Hive, VITA and Western Living — making a significant impact for a small business category leader.

Looking to make a more impactful presence, Homecoming Candles partnered with Easy Consulting Studio for a complete brand and product refresh. In developing a solid media relations profile, we focused on building media interest and brand awareness in time for the holiday season. We quickly ensured Homecoming a successful reintroduction into the North American candle and home decor market through our efforts.
Since Homecoming Candles’ reintroduction, along with the launch of a new ceramic candle line, we’ve secured over 10 million impressions ranging from media, influencer and social coverage. Media featured Homecoming Candles in 20 stories across print, digital and online placements, including The Globe and Mail, BC Living, The Populist, and Vancouver Magazine.

We worked with morel support, a woman-owned nootropic vitamin brand, to develop a digital marketing and social media strategy. They wanted an opportunity to establish the brand sensibly while ensuring it stayed within legal guidelines. Our goal was to help position morel support as the go-to brand for psychedelics education and be recognized as an expert in the space while growing a holistic social media community.
We provided a full audit to understand how the brand was operating on social and equipped them with a series of creative and targeted posts, along with language to help captivate audiences, share experiences, and sell the morel support lifestyle.
The social media strategy was developed, revised and re-launched to coincide with a website rebrand — an exciting time for the brand and industry’s new frontier.

Easy was tapped to help raise awareness of Parade in the Canadian market and encourage brand sales through editorial coverage and social media creators. Our approach was to secure creators that not only fit within the Parade aesthetic and would be good ambassadors for the brand but who also had true selling power. We gifted 26 influencers who all created organic content for Instagram reels, stories, and TikTok.
We introduced Parade to 16 editors and writers through seeding and gifting opportunities which helped us secure 4 million media impressions about the brand with placements in Fashion Magazine, The Kit, Girlboss, and VITA Daily.

To support the launch of Rodan + Fields’ exciting foray into haircare and scalp care, Easy was engaged to spread the news to the Canadian market and secure coverage. Due to time constraints, we only had one month to build a media relations strategy, distribute a press release, and secure interviews with the brand’s celebrity haircare stylist, Bridget Brager.
Utilizing our media relationships and leveraging Bridget’s industry expertise, we set up one-on-one deskside appointments to secure earned coverage. We over-delivered on our targets and landed 1.3 million media impressions with high-quality placements in The Kit and Fashion Magazine.

To hero the new soft focus lounge sets, we engaged influencers to generate content for their social channels and increase awareness and consideration among shoppers and young audiences in Canada and the U.S. market.
Easy curated a tailored approach by strategically partnering with diverse influencers nationwide. We partnered with nano and micro-influencers to maximize reach and gifted them their choice of products in exchange for social content. Our excellent relationships with influencers and extensive industry knowledge meant we could shortlist up-and-coming creators who aligned with soft focus’ twin pillars of style and sustainability. We worked with influencers both on a repeat, ambassador-level basis as well as leveraging key one-off partnerships to reach new audiences.
