What We Do
Easy Consulting helps clients and brands navigate ever-changing media, business, and consumer landscapes in a constantly shifting digital world. Our strategy practice is rooted in the understanding of people and trends.
As a Black woman-led, nationally recognized digital marketing and media relations agency, we work with clients and businesses to make growth decisions with confidence and from a culturally inclusive lens.
We are known for a novel approach with game-changing results. Each client’s needs are assessed individually, and a public relations, digital media, or influencer campaign is developed based on the plan.
Meet The Founder
Easy Consulting Studio was founded by Sharla Farrell, a public relations and digital marketing professional with over a decade of experience working with a wide range of national and global brands.
Sharla is a connector, passionate about connecting brands with people through story-telling. Sharla built Easy to develop and nurture genuine relationships with clients, media, influencers, decision-makers and industry peers. Over time, Sharla not only consulted bloggers, influencers, and content creators on social media strategy and branding but was also invited to participate in influencer campaigns as a creator.
Over the years of working for PR agencies and in the early stages of launching Easy, Sharla realized the lack of diversity included in influencer campaigns, as well as the lack of information that influencers knew about the brand side of the industry. With Easy Consulting Studio, Sharla advocates for more diverse influencer rosters, making it a personal goal to include at least 50% Black, Indigenous and People of Colour campaigns in her influencer recommendation decks, along with providing education for influencers of colour to succeed in the industry.
